Original artwork, paintings, digital images, creative collections, visual concepts, photographs, written content, design studies, exhibition concepts, graphics, and portfolio materials displayed by DCLA Studios remain protected intellectual property.

Privacy rights do not grant permission to reproduce, download, scrape, redistribute, commercially exploit, train artificial-intelligence systems with, or create derivative works from protected studio content.

A privacy request does not require DCLA Studios to disclose confidential business information, proprietary creative methods, protected intellectual property, security information, or personal information belonging to another individual.
